“Fantastic hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2012

Great hotel, lovely staff who were happy to advise on local places to eat. We booked a large double which was spacious, had a good Internet connection and a good clean bathroom. The best thing about this hotel is that as well as tea and coffee making facilities you also have a fridge, crockery, microwave and sink all skilfully hidden in the wardrobe. Breakfast can be either ordered in as they have a link with the local cinema cafe but we went there and ate there. Lovely English breakfast with tea and toast and a Bacon sandwich with tea for less than £7! They also have an excellent selection of takeaway menus and also restaurants to eat out in. Great location, trendy building and modern rooms - all at a really good price. Base to stay is excellent!

Stayed for 3 nights for a mid-week break with my husband. Got a great deal for £154 for 3 nights.
Check-in was smooth, and Darren really went out of his way, marking things on a map, and advising the best way to get to several places. Without exception, the reception staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
Room was smart and contemporary and was absolutely spotless. Great shower, nice bedding, comfortable beds, big fluffy white towels, plenty of coat hangers. Kitchen area hidden behind a door, with kettle, microwave and fridge, washing up liquid and tea towels available at reception.
Lounge area with complimentary Nespresso coffee and free internet access.
Very well situated, 5 minutes walk to Liverpool One, 10 minutes to Albert Dock, central to all other shopping areas and bars and restaurants. Very well recommended, and would certainly return there!

Room Tip: Room 326 was quiet

Perfect location if you're on a night out and is next to all the best independent bars in Liverpool - Aloha, Maya, Mojo, Santa Chupitos, Salt Dog Slims etc.
The reception staff were friendly, helpful, informative and efficient (what more do you want?) and the rooms were modern, spacious, well equipped and just.....great.
Definitely my Liverpool base to stay.

Stayed here with two friends on a reunion in Liverpool and was a little anxious about its location being so central - thought there may be lots of noise and loitering drunks but there were no issues at all. We had a fifth floor room with amazing views over the city and the little kitchenette was really welcomed for the early morning brew! The staff were helpful and friendly and the security was superb - you needed to use your key to get into the lift. We were given a parking ticket to pay a lower rate at the cleanest and best lit multistory car park I've ever seen and also discount vouchers for local cafes. My only issue was that we booked a room for 3 and one bed was a chair bed, uneven and not really what we expected for our money. Still, after a night out in Liverpool, we were too merry to care!

Absolutely perfect for everything you could want to do in Liverpool, shopping, restaurants and bars ar all within a 5-10 mins walk away. Room was fab, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! we also needed an iron and board which were provide with no fuss, staff were really helpful (especially Darren) and recommended a few places to go which were fab, free wifi, you can even get breakfast delivered to you room by a local cafe, bu we jus went out. Only problem is no parking, bu ou do ge a discount at he Q car park a the end n the day, ends up costing £9.50 per 24 hours, would definitely recommend and will be staying here again on my next trp to Liverpool!

Trendy hotel right in Liverpool. It was great, and I stayed with my family in a four-bed room. The only thing is that the bed was awful, and none of us slept that well. It was very clean and our room had a little kitchenette. We found it randomly, and it was great. The staff was really nice and they let us check out late. Also, there is wi-fi all over the hotel (free), which was great
