“Party Weekend in a Beautiful Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2012

Having arrived early due to a morning flight, the staff were very welcoming in and allowed me to check in ahead of time. The room was lovely and even though its located in a city centre location it was very peaceful and relaxing. For breakfast there was a brillant choice from fresh fruit to a full english. I really enjoyed the choice and range and again the staff were welcoming and friendly. All in all, I really engjoyed my stay here in the Hilton and it restored my faith in the Hilton group.

Hiltons answer to a Holiday Inn , clean and basic . Hanging space for clothes but no drawers to put underwear etc in . Also not keen on the frosted glass sliding door for the bathroom not the greatest idea . Decent self service breakfast choice only spoiled by the fact that they only have side plates .Very handy for Albert Docks and shopping at Liverpool One

The hotel is fab!! It is spotlessly clean, and modern.
The hotel is a 10 min walk from Liverpool city centre or £4 will get you a taxi if ur wearing heels ;)
The breakfast is good lots of cereal, fruit and hot food.
We paid £80 for 2 persons for 2 nights which was a great price.

Myself my husband and two friends stayed at The Hampton by Hilton for a weekend. We all found the hotel to be good in every way. The bedroom was a good size, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower which had shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers mounted on the wall. There was tea and coffee in the room as well as a good hairdryer. There was an adequate wardrobe which housed an iron and ironing board. There were no drawers but that did not prove to be a problem. There was a TV and a clock radio with alarm setting. The bedroom and the bathroom was spotless and tastefully decorated and dressed as was the whole of the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of food to suit I am sure all taste's. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful, polite and friendly and smart in their dress. Location was good only a few minutes walk to the Albert Docks and 5-10 min walk to the city centre with all the many shops and restaurants. Secure parking is also available at the hotel for £8.50 a day. We will certainly return to the hotel on our next visit to Liverpool.

I stayed here on an overnight business trip and I was impressed. Everything was as it should be and felt welcomed by the staff. The lobby is very nice and modern feeling and has everything that is needed.

I was given a room on the 6th floor with a view of the docks. It was good size, not huge but very good size. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was clean. It has a nice walk in shower and the rest of the design was perfect.

The staff all tried to make my stay good. I had forgot my bb charger and called down and they had one to loan me. No fuss, didn't have to sign my life away for it, freely offered. They also was helpful in directions etc.

Parking is great. Underground, well lite and secure.Very easy getting up to the room.

I will return to this hotel. It is of very high value also considering what you get for what you pay. Book with confidence.

Second time here ,it's close to everywere and its clean ,new and breakfast was included in price and parking is under the hotel and at 8 50 a day it's very good compared to other hotels in Liverpool, breakfast was different to other hotels as it a buffet and if it's busy you have to sit in the bar but it's not a problem

This is an excellent hotel which I will definately be using again. It is easy to find, with underground secure parking (£8.50 per night). The staff are incredibly helpful, the hotel and rooms are spotless. The rooms are equipped with everything you could possibly want, no need to lug toiletries hairdryer etc.it is all there. The beds are comfy too!
This hotel is a few minutes walk from Liverpool 1 shops, museums, docks, Lime Street station is probably a 5 minute taxi ride away.
The helpy ourself breakfast system works very well, there is plenty of choice and staff are constantly filling up. The cooked bacon etc. didn't look too appetising, but there are plenty of alternatives. We stayed here on St. Patricks night and consequently it was rather expensive but the normal rates are good value in my opinion. They do a triple or family room with a pull down bed which is excellent value.
All in all a very good hotel!
