Stayed here before a flight, air con noisy so it was a good job it was cold so didn't need it on, bar area basic and located behind the check in desk it was just a small selection of very expensive drinks, food a choice of 4 what I would class as microwave meals, breakfast cold, orange juice was just water mixed with an orange syrup, coffee was from a type of vending machine. Atmosphere was none existent we ended up going inside the airport to the spar shopnfor a bottle of wine and ended up back in our room to watch TV

Went for early flight Liverpool to Bergerac so decided to stay overnight - good choice, access straight from 5th floor airport multi storey car park, 50m from airport terminal, immaculate rooms, staff friendly and helpful.
Don't expect a gourmet dining experience though, the available food is essentially snack oriented.
All in all, well worth it, a very good airport hotel.

Great hotel located at airport cheap for an airport hotel. Staff really helpful and kind got emergency accommodation as we missed our flight thought it would cost a packet was surprised. Got own gym rooms high quality

Very good hotel, especially for an "airport hotel". Spacious rooms, very clean, great bathroom facilities, thick and cosy towels etc. A little strange that reception is on the 5th floor, but once you negotiate that idea, staying at this hotel is a pleasure.

We booked parking for before we flew on holiday and a 1 night stay on the way back.

It all started off great, I had forgotten to lift the printed boarding passes when we arrived to drop the car off. The young gentleman on reception was so helpful and printed these off for us with no charge - excellent service and we looked forward to our nights stay on a late night return flight.

We arrived back a week later in the early hours of a Sunday morning (2am) having had a long flight and a wait for baggage we couldn't wait to get to our bed. We tried to check-in it took over 45 minutes, only 1 chap on the desk and all sorts of commotion going on - on a phone calling for some help it was mentioned that this was the 'normal' Saturday night chaos. While waiting to check in Police arrived to remove people from the bar!!

Finally we got to our room which was nice but this was 3am by this point! We awoke about 8am looking forward to breakfast and on arrival at the breakfast area found more carnage! No seats, crap breakfast - self service with rubbish hot choice and loads of people just banging into each other.

We both took one look and decided it was all too much for not very nice looking food. On checking out the lady did ask if everything had been OK, I continued to tell her it wasn't to which she said sorry it's busy on a weekend.

Just wish I'd known that before I booked as I probably wouldn't have bothered and stayed at the Premier Inn for half the price!

Stayed over night at this lovely hotel, very convenient for the airport and that Early flight!!! Very clean and spacious rooms, bathroom very clean. They even have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel hanging up in the shower area for your convenience. Reception staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

I stayed there for 1 night on business. Finding the hotel parking is not easy but the reception is on the same level. The room was a good size and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was good with shower gel, shampoo, etc provided. The air conditioning worked well and despite overlooking the runway, there was no noise in the room. The only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast. The tables had not been cleared so it was hard to find somewhere to sit and there was a very limited choice of buffet food. What there was there was perfectly adequate but there could have been more choice. Despite this, I would stay there again as it was very good value.
