“A central apartment with lots of living space”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 15, 2012

Posh Apartments may be somewhat of an exaggeration but the apartment was clean, modern, roomy and well situated. My wife and I found the bed a little hard on the back but otherwise all was good. As we were there for 4 nights we wanted to cook a roast dinner one night but cooking equipment was inadequate. A slight annoyance is that you have to pay for wifi if you want it in the apartment. It is free in the lobby area. Given the cost of accomodation is not exactly cheap it irks to have to pay £5 extra per day.
Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance and a Tesco also a short distance away. We enjoyed Liverpool and reccommend a visit.

Stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on 12th december with a visiting friend from London. Arranged booking through late rooms but had contact with Carl general manager prior to arriving and he was most accomodating and understanding. The apartment which was £60 was a perfect little home from home with beautiful attention to detail. Spotlessly clean, central to everything we wanted even the bars and restaurants directly underneath, and a most enjoyable stay. i will definately be back and will be recommending to friends family and visitors to the city.

Stayed here for an overnight midweek break . Ideally situated for shopping, tourist places and nightlife.Liverpool 1 just across the road.Albert dock is a five minute walk and the bars on mathew st just up the road. We stayed in Room 9 on the front which is noisy in the morning but quiet otherwise. Lovely fixtures but rooms showing some signs of wear.Used the underground carpark which is great and cheap. Very helpfull reception staff. Overall a good stay

Room Tip: rooms on front have more of a view but noisy from 5am onwards

Okay i am biased. I booked the penthouse and it was huge. Very value for money. The garage was only 10 pounds which was a fair price. Internet was free. Our penthouse came with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a huge Living Room. This penthouse can easily house 6 people. The only complaint is that the lift is really small as typical of UK standards. I would book here again in the future. Location is near to Liverpool city center. Liverpool FC is a little drive away though.

I stayed at the Posh Pads with my husband from 25th November. It was our very first time in Liverpool and will not be the last. The Posh Pads apartment was in the Japenese theme and lovely, bright and spacious. Extremely clean and modern. My husband was extremly impressed. As a bonus, the apartments were within five minutes walking distance from most attractions/shopping areas. We were checked in quickly and easily by friendly staff members. We could hear all the noise from the road but as I usually wear ear plugs anyway it did not bother me. The weather was not so nice to us but we found that the apartment was easy to warm up and we never felt the cold at all. All in all we had a great time and would like to return with friends and will use Posh Pads again.

While a hotel can be reassuring with room service etc it isn't always necessary. The rooms/apts at Posh Pads are a couple of bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge with everything you need to look after yourself with great value, 2-4 sharing at £88 all in. Central, underground car parking, helpful reception and everything close by.. as an alternative to a faceless, more expensive hotel, what's not to like!?

My husband and i stayed here for just one night but i wish it had been a week! We stayed in a 2 bed apartment on the 3rd floor, Room 8.

Firstly, we used the hotels own private parking which was £11. We arrived at 12pm and left approx 2.30pm the next day, so did not think this was a bad price at all.

The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. Yes they do lock the door to the second bedroom if there are only 2 of you staying as previous reviews have mentioned, but i fail to see why that would be a problem. Although we ate out at the gorgeous Pesto, the kitchen seemed very well equipped for if you did want to cook. There was a oven, dish washer, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave and wine chiller.

The only slight problem we had was a very loud banging coming from the hall in the apartment, which we assumed was the heating being turned on at night and then early in the morning.

The apartment block is in a fantastic location! A 2minute walk to Liverpool One. Given the price we paid i can not and would not ever stay in a hotel again. We got this cheaper than a lot of hotels, where you just get a bedroom. Compared to having a big apartment, i cant believe we have been missing out all this time using hotel rooms! Also we have 2 children who did not join us on our stay, but these apartments would be ideal for anyone with children as when they have gone bed you can go sit in the living room! Not like in a hotel room.

We will definately be returning to Posh Pads the next time we visit Liverpool.
