The Red Cow is part of the Innkeeper's Lodge group, it is first class, the room was clean, comfortable, with a good well equipped bathroom ( bath and shower), the rooms are situated in a seperate building from the Inn, complimentary breakfast is served at the Inn, contintental, nothing cooked, but more than adequate, all in all excellent value for money, family rooms are available. The Inn served pub type food all day. plenty of choice.
The Inn is fairly near a "park and ride" bus service into Leicester centre, £1 return for parking until 8pm, runs every 15 minutes.
The Innkeepers Lodges I have found are far superior to the Travel Lodges which mostly seem to be based at the motor way services and breakfast is always extra. I would reccommend the Innkeeper's Lodge, especially the Red Cow.
