“Good place for a breath of air.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013

It's easy to miss this nice park on the edge of Leicester.
But it's a good place for a walk, a look at the plantings, the occasional interpretation board, a nod and 'hello' to others walking around, and a bit of reconnection to the natural world.

“Not a lot to do”

Some people I know say this place is great but I didn't think much to the place myself. Needs to be a nice day for you to get anything out of it

“Lovely walk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

We walk here regularly and have watched the site develop. Well managed woodland walks. Huge adventure playground. Pleasant exhibition hall that nearly always has something to look at and a reasonable cafe too. Worth a trip.

“Super family outing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

It is a beautiful place, very clean and family friendly with loads of things for kids to do and terrific country walks. Excellent café and visitor/educational centre. Plenty of free parking. Not sure what it would be like in bad weather.

Brocks hill country park is set between oadby and wigston and is a great place to take kids. The carpark is free of charge and there is always a place to park.there is a visitor centre where kids can learn all kinds of things,a cafe and small shop, toilets.there are loads of wooden climbing frames, ropes, slides etc for kids to go on. It's set up for all age groups. There are also little paths to walk through woods too if you have dogs. Great place to go and all free of charge.well worth a visit.
