We go for walks at Bradgate Park quite regularly and it is a great place to take the dog. The scenery is fantastic no moatter what the weather is doing. It is a nice gentle walk along the road to the centre of the park where there is a nice little cafe to stop of at, especially in the warmer months. For those in more spring in their step, you can walk up the top of Old Man John and see the ruins at the top of the hill overlooking the park. You can quite often see deer around the park which is always a treat. Parking can be a bit tricky when the weather is nice so its best to go early.
