stayed here with my daughter and grandson chris and lilian were very friendly and made you feel at home.room was decorated well and beds comfortable also serviced daily.breakfast was brilliant and had other choices if did,t want cooked breakfast.could get smoked haddock or kippers.dinners had varied choice but sweet list was harder to choose from as had so much to pick from.this hotel is highly recommended by myself daughter pamela and grandson ross.this is our choice from now on when go to blackpool.

Room Tip: had room 3 and was very quiet sure all others will be same.

The breakfast was fit for a king with pleanty of choice, the evening meal was also excelent with a different menu each night the desert menu was to die for we realy was spoilt for choice. The accomadation was very clean and comfortable with heating and pleanty of hot water. What more could you ask for well done Chris and Lillian we will be back see you soon Audrey John and Mark x

We booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews that we found online. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and were tremendously well looked after throughout our stay. The room was great, it was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we needed and enjoyed during our stay. The food was fantastic - we particularly enjoyed and looked forward to the cooked breakfast each day. We found the location to be ideal with a reasonably short walk to the promenade/town centre. Overall, this was an excellent hotel, very well situated and due to the friendliness and professionalism of Chris and Lillian we felt that we were more than just 'guests' staying at a 'hotel'.

Chris and Lillian are the friendliest couple in Blackpool. Nothing is too much trouble. They make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. A modern Hotel with beautifully decorated rooms with everything you need. Thorough clean. The meals are delicious. Something for everyone and if you still don't like it. Then Chris will soon cater for your needs. If you have a sweet tooth then you'll love the sweets. There are too many to choose from. There is a bar in the hotel with very reasonable prices. Chris and Lillian are very knowledgeable about everything that's on in Blackpool and can advise you on where to go and where not to go. We have already booked for next year.

We were made very welcome, it felt has if we had known Chris & Lillian for years.
The service was excellent rooms were serviced every day,
The rooms were very clean and plenty of storage, tv,and beverages.
Breakfast was excellent we had plenty of choice of cereals followed with beans or eggs on toast to full breakfast with 8 items has much toast, tea and coffee you liked, nothing was to much trouble you just had to ask and you got it the porriage was to die for.
We booked for evening meals which were equally has good has breakfast, plenty of choice.
The location was central for tower ,shows, piers, and shopping. The things we liked best was the little things even the big hotels have'nt thought of.like tooth picks and sissors to open sauce scatches also hand wash in bath rooms.Weliked and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The only thing we didn't like was to be leaving, but we will be back next year with another friend for a week this time.

Room Tip: Just tell them what you need you will have no problem
