5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2011

We were made very welcome, it felt has if we had known Chris & Lillian for years.
The service was excellent rooms were serviced every day,
The rooms were very clean and plenty of storage, tv,and beverages.
Breakfast was excellent we had plenty of choice of cereals followed with beans or eggs on toast to full breakfast with 8 items has much toast, tea and coffee you liked, nothing was to much trouble you just had to ask and you got it the porriage was to die for.
We booked for evening meals which were equally has good has breakfast, plenty of choice.
The location was central for tower ,shows, piers, and shopping. The things we liked best was the little things even the big hotels have'nt thought of.like tooth picks and sissors to open sauce scatches also hand wash in bath rooms.Weliked and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The only thing we didn't like was to be leaving, but we will be back next year with another friend for a week this time.

Room Tip: Just tell them what you need you will have no problem

Myself and my partner and two boys have just returned home after a lovely stay here. It is great location and the rooms and service is great. Chris and Lillian are lovely hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Even with out 10 month baby. The food is lovely. And we will be returning to stay here when we visit Blackpool again. Thanks for a great place to stay. :)

Stayed at the Fairhaven on Palatine Rd with friends for 4 nights. The welcome Chris Lilian and Charlie their little Westie give us is fantastic, as if we had known them years. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with everything you need while on holiday.
The breakfast choice and quality was excellent and the menu for evening dinner equally as impressive. All home cooked, plentiful and well presented.
If you are looking for top quality accommodation at very reasonable prices look no further than the Fairhaven on Palatine Rd. Well done Chris and Lilian and not forgetting little Charlie .............. Thank You see you again soon

Hotel is very clean and homely. Chris and Lilian made us feel very welcome, like we had known them forever. We had stayed there 2 years before and they remembered us. We came with friends this time and they said they would book The Fairhaven again when they came back to Blackpool.Excellent stay and excellent breakfast too. We'll be back!!!

Just back from spending a week. We decided to book The Fairhaven hotel on 46 Palatine Road after seeing past reviews, we phoned up to enquire and Chris was more than happy to help with any questions we had. On arrival, we got shown our room and greeted by Chris' wife Lilian. What a lovely couple!

The breakfast were to die for, plenty to eat and always asked if we would like more. The hotel is spotless and decorated to a high standard throughout. The rooms were a great size and had great nights sleep everytime! We also choose to have Evening Meals and im very glad we did. All food is freshly prepared and you have a good selection of food to choose from.

We can't thank Chris & Lilian enough for their service and we will recommend the hotel to others too! Nothing was ever to much trouble. Will be back!

I came Blackpool for 3 days and stayed in the hotel with a friend for 2 nights.
The hotel is very warm and welcoming as are the owners, Chris and Lilian. The room and ensuite bathroom was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds... best nights sleep I've had in a while!
There was plently of room to hang clothes in the wardrobe, a hairdryer, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was perfect, plenty to choose from...
The hotel is situated very close to the sea front so is in a perfect location!
I would strongly reccommend this hotel to anyone!!
Thank You for such a lovely stay!!
