I have been to Funny girls more times than I care to remember and have done ever since the opening night when it was down on Queen street. If you have never been you owe it to yourself to visit at least once in your lifetime and I am sure you will want to return. The shows are fantastic, well put together and well choreographed and with great costumes and it is all seamlessly pulled together by the fantastic compare Zoe who although having been there from the beginning looks more and more fabulous as time passes on.
They have performed on the Royalty Variety Show so if it's good enough for the queen! On a recent trip to Thailand we visited a similar venue for ladyboys that wasn't a patch on Funny Girls and was a real disappointment and makes you appreciate more how much of a magical place this is. Whilst it can have some slight colourful moments, I took my Mum who is a priest and my Dad who's a church organist they both really enjoyed it, however I am not too sure it's somewhere that the local convent will be holding their next bible study group!
