Run by a very friendly lady, Emma, unfortunately had a few problems with this guest house. Booked a deluxe king size room but got a family room instead and the bunk beds not even made up, just bare mattressess not very pleasant to look at,at all. Had tea and coffee "facilities" but did not have milk, coffee or tea for three of the days we stayed there. By our third day we had no clean towels or toilet rolls, as there was no room service at all, our room had not been touched for the full four days,so there was no replenishment,so had to ask. The bin in the bedroom was overflowing on the day that we left and there was a sanitary tampon in the bathroom bin on arrival.Breakfast would have been nice but it was cold every morning especially the bacon and sausages although there was ample to eat. Slightly puzzled about all the good reviews as another couple had the same problems about room service, no clean towels etc. Maybe some people think it is acceptable to use the same towel for four days. Stayed in numerous guest houses in Blackpool over the years and always had room service no matter how much you pay. Such a pity ,as it spoilt our holiday a little, but hopefully things will improve for future guests.
