this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in there was no entertainment , the food was terrible it was never hot. the head waiter Frank was very arrogant and unhelpful and ignored our complaints. We complained to the manager who was unhelpful and unfriendly and didnt offer any apologies.The rooms were cold as they switched the heating off during the night. The windows were not airtight so we had the wind and rain coming in and one of our roooms had rain coming through the ceiling. The front door was locked at night and the doorbell didnt work so we had to knock on the window of the bar to ask guests to open it. The bar closed early when we asked about this we were told they made more money if they closed it as the guests went out at night, I wonder why!!!! The brochure and website give this hotel a good review so dont be fooled the coach driver told us that everyone he had picked up from there had made the same complaints. we dont know how it could have possibly passed inspection!
