This is the fourth time we have stayed at the mornington hotel and we will definatly be going back. Never have we felt so welcome into a hotel as we do here, We take our three grandchildren aged 13, 4, 4, and they love it as much as we do, the hotel is spotless, we stay in the family room and its spacious enough for us all. breakfast is always good as is the service. And on an evening you dont have to go far as the bar downstairs is very welcoming, Kay and John are such lovely people they sit and chat and you feel like you have known them for years, and we wont forget Tom Jake and Courtney the rest of the family they all so lovely and thanks to them all we had another great weekend in blackpool. if you are going to blackpool go to the mornington you wont regret it.

Had a lovely stay here recently and the reviews are a good reflection of the quality of this b + b.
My room was comfortable and had nice little extras. Breakfast was good. A real home from home - well worth a visit.

We chose Blackpool as our end of season party en-route to Wigan, we booked the mornington through a mutual friend and everything went perfectly from start to finish, kay and John could have been life long friends as their hospitality is second to none, our group consisted of young children, teenagers, young adults, mature adults and OAP's and everyone was completely at home at this wonderful hotel, very clean, value for money, perfectly placed for the pleasure beach and south pier, a well stocked spacious bar with flexible hours, we will definately use this hotel for every future trip to blackpool, many thanks again to Kay and John see you again soon, look no further this is the place to stay in Blackpool.

We stayed at 1 night at the The Mornington. We were out in the car one day and somebody mentioned Blackpool. Without thinking, on a spur of the moment thing, 3 hours later we were in Blackpool on a bank holiday weekend, no clothes or a place to stay. The 1st 4 hotels in the street were fully booked and the 5th We tried was the mornington. Luckily they had a family room available (£65). The room was very clean, had a decent sized TV and was straight across from the South Pier and a few minutes walk from the pleasure beach. We were barely in our room other than somewhere to sleep, but it was ideal. The owner even moved their car to allow us somewhere to park outside. Would definately return. thank you.

We have just returned from a fantastic weekend at the Mornington Hotel, celebrating my father's 80th birthday. Kay and John are excellent hosts and work tirelessly to ensure all their guests young and old, have a fabulous stay. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfast is delicious and served with a smile, and the hotel bar offers an ideal space to socialise. So if it is a welcoming, friendly, clean and comfortable hotel you are searching for, then look no further you have just found the ideal place to stay in Blackpool.
