Just back from a one night stay at the Edenfield Guest House on Saturday 23rd February 2013. The hosts at the Edenfield are lovely and give you a friendly, warm and welcoming greeting. Although my partner and i keep ourselves to ourselves, as we are both shy and reserved, the hosts Craig and Alec are always on hand and will always go that extra mile to help their guests. The guest house is absolutely fantastic and decorated reaaly nice. We stayed in room 2, which is small but very adequate for a one or two night break and the bathroom is fantastic. The breakfast was top quality and their assistance is of high quality and should be top rated. It is apparent that guests at this property are returning guests year after year after year. We would recommend that other people guests to stay at this FIRST CLASS property, which put top rated hotels, a run for their money and would learn a lot from Craig and Alec. We will be returning to this guest house on our next visit to Blackpool. Thank you. Julie and Neil x

Stayed for 3 nights over valentines weekend, we were given the 'Red' room, very romantic and perfectly presented. Its a nice large room with a seperate 'dressing room' and a large shower room, Craig and Alec are the nicest people you could meet and cant do enough for you, The Edenfield is the 'whole package', Excellent rooms, Excellent food, Excellent service at a great price. There's no way anyone can be disappointed with their stay here.

Room Tip: Prebook well in advance

so pleased that you had a great visit, it's always fantastic for us to see our guests that return time after time. This is what we love to do and it helps to make The Edenfield feel more like a family home, a time when we all catch up on 12 months worth of chat. hope to see you both soon. xx

Just back from a wonderful first weekend stay in this warm, cosy and very welcoming B&B.
From the moment we pulled up in the car the staff were there to welcome and help get us settled in. We had booked the Festive weekend break which was amazing value. A beautiful romantic room, a cosy festive lounge/bar to socialise, and the most delicious food.
Ive not been to Blackpool for many years, and was pleasantly suprised by the investment to the main seafront area.
Thanks to owners Alec and Craig for making it such a special festive experience.

Totally agree with previous comments, stayed in many b&b's in Blackpool but this was the best in terms of value for money and accomation. The hosts cant do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are clean, spacious and welcoming and food lovely. If your looking for somewhere nice to stay in Blackpool I'd recommend the Edenfield every time!

From the moment we pulled up outside the Edenfield in the glorious Blackpool rain and Alec ran up the road to guide us to our parking space as well as carry our bags, we knew we were somewhere special. This top class greeting was followed by a lovely cup of tea and biscuits served in the lounge.
We stayed in Room 4 which was immaculately clean with a nice dressing area and a spacious bathroom with a corner shower. Alec again took time to show us to our room and explain how everything worked, a very professional approach! The hallways have tasteful background music playing and there's a top quality CCTV system installed which makes you feel safe and secure.
Craig cooked breakfast which was served from 9-9.30 and was hot and tasty. You also had a selection of cereals, yogurts and fruit to choose from to accompany your full English breakfast.
The lads also run "Peek-A-Booze" which is just around the corner. It has reasonably priced drinks compared to some bars and Craig was very entertaining! We certainly would recommend a night there if it's bad weather as it is just two minutes to return to the hotel!
We would always return to the Edenfield as it is a top quality guest house, plus it is in a quieter area of Blackpool which ensures a good night's sleep. We don't know why it's only Number 4 in the ratings as we certainly feel it's Number 1! Well done Craig and Alec you have created a gem.
