This was our 2nd time staying here. Great hotel located right next to pleasure beach on sea front. Rooms are spotless and food is great. Secure car parking which is locked at night great advantage. This is a well run and friendly hotel. Going back soon.

Booked this hotel for the first time due to our normal hotel being fully booked, the location is great for Pleasure Beach lovers its only 30 seconds walk to the entrance but for people that want a town center hotel its about a brisk 30 minute walk to the famous tower and shops, The hotel is clean and has a friendly manager the rooms are nice and bathrooms have a shower but i could not get the water temp to a warm setting just luke warm that was almost bearable, the breakfast was nice with fast service but again we found that the food was luke warm but on the border of being cold some people may like this way but i like it straight out the cooking pan and onto my plate, these are my only 2 negative views and on the positive side its a nice clean hotel well run and great Pleasure Beach location and would stay there again.

myself and my partner go to the new esplande about 2 to 3 times a year. this is an excellant place to stay. the manager and partner are very welcoming and will look after you whilst on your visit. paul the manager will give you information on nights out and other things to do

Have visited this hotel several times, the rooms are all spotlessly clean. It has a secure private car park, which is a bonus in Blackpool. The owner is polite and friendly but not obtrusive. We have been going here for approx 7 years and it's nice to find a small friendly hotel with such high standards. Its in a great location for all the attractions. Breakfast is excellent and served at a reasonable time.
