“Fab 5 nights away!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

I have recently returned from a 5 night all inclusive break at the Claremont Hotel and would like to share with you what a great stay it was too. From checking in on the Sunday afternoon to checking out on the Friday morning the staff are excellent and a credit to the hotel. They all work so hard to achieve a high standard of accommodation, food and entertainment. The bedroom was spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff were always checking to make sure things were ok. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes you are spoilt for choice and the drinks on offer are good too. As for the entertainment, with 2 acts each night, bingo and a fantastic compere and act in himself 'Ryan' who could wish for more. This is probably why both ourselves and others return, such good value for money and a pleasure to be there. The hotel may look alittle old from the outside, but the contents inside make up for this. Centrally located just a short stroll to shops, bars etc either along the seafront or roadside. We will definitely be coming back again in the future. Thanks for all your hard work. Julie.

We have been many times to the claremont, and it just keeps getting better and better, the introduction of coffee machines and fish &chip lunches has further enhanced this 'value for money' hotel. This time we were put in a family room (only 2 of us) it's was enormous. Staff are really helpful and pleasant. Already booked again! good quality food and drink, no scrimping on the quality of the ingredients, you feel really spoiled and well looked after, can't wait for my next visit.

Was not really expecting much, to be perfectly honest. But what a real surprise, staff where very attentive and polite. The food was excellent, and all inclusive dining at night was waiter service. (our polish waiter was excellent)The rooms were very clean despite being an old building. This hotel should be a lot more than 2 star. I've stayed in 5 star hotel that could learn from the Claremont. Thanks very much for a great weekend!!!!!

Just got back from the Claremont after celebrating our parents golden wedding anniversary. We arrived early on the Friday so we could park. We had some lunch while we waited for our rooms and all inclusive to start. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Our rooms were ready at 2pm. They were clean and showers were hot. The swimming pool was brill and we had to ourselves on both days. We never had to wait at the bar for drinks. All the staff were great especially Sharon who was our waitress. The evening meals were great. The fish and chips on Saturday lunch time were to die for. The best i ever tasted. On the Saturday night they decorated the table in gold to celebrate the anniversary for us. The breakfeasts were also very good. You do have to eat early if you want to get a table in the concert room for the entertainment at night. The only thing i would say is they need to turn the heating down a notch. It is very warm but i suppose its better to be hot then cold. It wont be long before we will be returning.

My partner and I stayed at the Claremont from the 24th March for 5 nights. It was our second visit and we have already booked another one in June. This time with my partner's family. Our trip was all inclusive and we could not fault the food and the service. It was excellent. In fact, we went on an expensive cruise over Christmas and New Year.and we enjoyed our meals in the Claremont more .This year, we are looking forward to Christmas in the Claremont. Already booked!! The hotel's public rooms are in need of a lick of paint and some updating but our bedroom was bright and well furnished and the hospitality more than makes up for that. For value for money this hotel is hard to beat. 1st Class.. .
