Very cheap, but not very cheerful. Owner friendly.
Bed comfy, breakfast good. Rest awful.
It was dirty
Cups in room no kettle.
Cobwebs and dusty bunnies in abundance in room.
Would not have risked using the shower - no shower gel etc if we had decided to risk it.
No toilet roll holder it was broken
Wardrobe door handles were broken.
Dining area scarily dusty and covered in crumbs - that had obviously been there some time!
Would love to describe as shabby chic but sadly shabby is more accurate!

Room Tip: Book somewhere else

We took my mother for an overnight stay as she has terminal cancer. We notified them beforehand as mum has needs. Well what a wonderful welcome and gestures. Upon arrival they gave us extra rooms and presented mum with flowers. They really made us feel welcome. The rooms were fine. Clean and fresh with coffee and tea facilities. Because mum is not good in the mornings there was no rush for us to leave. They even offered is an extra night free of charge even though this is their livelihood. I cannot fault the place and the family that run it. Before people moan about facilities just have a think about the price. Value for money is wonderful. If you want more then stay at the Pish hotels not a B and B. I am eternally grateful and touched by the warm welcoming and lovely people of Inglewood. Thank you so much. Would definitely stay there again because they are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Top place top people. Thank you xxxxx

we booked into this hotel for 2 nights it cost £70.00 for 2 nights we were in a really small room the shower didn't work the wardrobe door fell off when we opened it the basin was all cracked the lights had no bulbs in it smelt damp. We went as a party of 6 the other party had cancelled a family room because of circumstances on our departure I was approached by a very aggressive women telling me she needed a payment for the cancellation of the room we had already paid £60.00 (the room was £99.00) then she wanted a further £19.95 I said I would let my friend know. In between we went for some breakfast & she was waiting for me when I got back she was abrupt offensive and arrogant she took the keys off us & locked the door we phoned my friend to warn her about this women and she went up to my friends room demanding the money my friend explained that she d already paid the cancellation fee she became aggressive with my friend & her daughter and tried to stop her leaving & said she had her bank card details & she would take the money anyway her attitude was really in appropriate even when we was driving home she was still phoning us and giving us grief she would not listen to reason because she kept hanging up then ringing with more abuse it was very upsetting did not expect that at the end of our stay in Blackpool

Stayed for 2 nights for my 50th Birthday, all 3 rooms were terrible, ceilings ready to collapse, faulty showers, dirty carpets, wardrobe dropping in bits, foisty smell, wallpaper hanging off, unsafe electric sockets. We were promised all rooms on same floor but 1 of the couples were put in what they nicknamed 'the dungeon as it was cold & looked out to a high wall, light didn't work so they could only use lamp, their shower door wouldn't open properly as the toilet was too close. The young girl that checked us in was helpful however as 3 of the guests were arriving later she asked if we could show them to their rooms as she was going to the wholesalers & said herself it was 'unproffesional'.The bar was shut which is shown on the website to be well stocked. On leaving an older lady came to my room & said I owed money which I had already paid, she was VERY rude to us all, standing in front of the main door shouting that I was going to pay or I wouldn't be leaving. She said she had my card details & would take the money anyway. AS this was the 1st time we had seen any of the staff since checking in we told her how we felt about the rooms to which she replied 'what do you expect when I everything to do!!' She was shouting and slamming doors which was quite upsetting as my daughters were witnessing it all.We all left and I phoned my bank to block any payments being taken. This hotel should be shut down, it is not safe and some customer service training is well overdue. We will NEVER,EVER return to this hovel.

Room Tip: Had various room and none were good

First impressions .... Good it looks a right dump gave benefit of doubt and continued on in to hotel , waited in reception for around 5 minutes for someone to answer the bell !! Taken to our room which was a family room for 4 guests 2 singles , one double (interconnecting room) it was extremely dated had a funny fusty smell to the room the windows were filthy the divan beds were extremely old rickety mattress was hard n lumpy was filthy underneath the bed sheets the pillows had no pillow protector on the floor boards creaked with every foot step the bathroom has tiles missing also , the owner claimed this was due to 8 weeks worth of families staying here during school holidays ....there is noway on earth that this is true due to the fact that they had paired over ripped wallpaper with what looked like years and years ago ..... You might think in nit picking but at £60 per night you'd expect alittle better room for your money.... As for breakfast we didn't have it included in our £60 but we would NOT have had breakfast in any case due to a cat roaming free in the dinning area all over the ready laid tables YUCK!!! It's safe to say we will NOT be returning to that filthy hovel !!
