Went to see the illuminations at the last minute, booked this b & b on the day we travelled, so glad i did, the room was fantastic, loved everything about it, i wanted to stay longer than our 1 night,
I am hoping to return again and have kept the number! The whole guest house was spotless and the decor was gorgeous, Julie can come and sort my house out, she certainly has a flair for it!!!

I have been staying at this guest house for the past 3 years and i travel to Blackpool twice a year so obviously there is something that keeps me and my mom coming back to the same place. I have stayed in a few hotels over the years but i have never seen or found a place like this! it is THE cleanest guest house i have stayed in yet in any part of the country. In my recent stay i knew i would end up writting on this website so i made a concious effort to take note of the things i love about this place that keep me coming back number 1 has to be the owners Julie and Charlie they are the nicest people i have found on my travels yet, next for me personally has to be the breakfast! beautiful local food cooked to perfection. the next thing i noticed or things rather were the little details these people take in their business. each room, hallway, corridor, smells beautiful and homely and welcoming. There are pictures and art work hung on the walls, lamps carfeully places, everything in this place is perfect and i truely love this place, now i wouldnt consider going to blackpool without this place truely a gem of a place and i am lucky to have found it. :-D

Out of all the accommodation in all of Blackpool we were so lucky to find this one! It was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. It was also run by two of the most helpful and friendly hosts you could find! Brilliantly located for access to everything and a wonderful breakfast to start the day! Definitely we'll revisit on another occasion. Thank you!

We stayed for 1 night to see the illuminations. Having stayed in several b & bs in Blackpool, some nice and some very grim, we were very choosy about where we booked this time round.

We checked Trip Advisor and were impressed with the Bracondale reviews, and we were not disappointed!

Spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished and with a delicous breakfast, this was a top notch guesthouse.

On the road at the side of the Hilton Hotel, perhaps a 20 minute walk from the centre, the Bracondale is ideally placed for a walk into town along the prom or a trip through the lights on a tram.

The price was very reasonable and I will stay there again.

Faced with the overwhelming choice of B+Bs in Blackpool we were so lucky to have decided on the Bracondale. The place is run with such TLC by the friendly owners, Julie and Charlie, who make every effort to ensure you enjoy your stay. The spotless rooms had everything we needed and the breakfasts kept us going all day. It's also a stone's throw from the northern end of the prom but in a quiet area so we weren't disturbed by hen/stag party revellers. We'll definitely be staying here next time.

  • Liked — The owners who run it with such TLC
  • Disliked — Central heating a bit too high!
