Owners are very friendly. Rooms were a good size (8 people stayed all in all)

I shared with 3 other people and there was still room for more.

For the price it was brilliant - big parking lot just round the corner - no double yellows on the street.

Walking distance from the syndicate nightclub!

I recommend this place for anyone wanting to go late night clubbing - just close enough to walk and far enough to be peaceful and get a good nights sleep.

Stayed at this hotel with two other friends in October. Great central location Had two rooms next to each other, room are of an average size, but nice & clean. Our friends did have a problem with their shower which Suzanne had warned them about that it was noisy, but on Sunday morning it decided to stop working all together. Suzanne was really apologic. Breakfast really nice. Would definiatley stay here again.

Only stayed one night but left feeling I had known our Hosts for ages - Suzanne and Stuart were fabulous. Hotel in an ideal location right in centre of Blackpool near Tower but was very quiet. Hotel and room very clean and breakfast was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone visiting and will definately be seeing Suzanne and Stuart again. Thanks.

Suzanne and Stuart are brilliant hosts. They made us all feel at home as soon as we walked through the door. The rooms are very nice and have very comfy beds. We will definately be going back to the Leatham Park Hotel in the future and will recommend it to our friends who are due to come up for the footie later in the season. Florence, Jack, James, Julie and Robert

We stayed 25/082007-27/08/2007. Just want to say Suzanne and Stuart are great hosts, providing clean rooms and good food and made time for all thier guests we would go back the next time we go to Blackpool and recommend The Leatham Park to our friends.
