“Outstanding value for money!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012 via mobile

Went on a family weekend away to Blackpool and stayed here. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner and straight away made us feel very welcome. He helped us with all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs ( and there was plenty of luggage )
Nothing was to much trouble for him. The rooms were very clean and accommodating. The location of the B&B is only a stone throw away from the main attractions ( sea front ) but far enough away to get a quiet night sleep. Parking was not a problem as just 100 yards from B&B was a large pay and display car park but parking is available out the front if you are lucky enough to grab one. As we traveled up in a mini bus we had no chance of parking out front. For the price of this B&B you will not be disappointed.
Breakfast was served in a very friendly atmosphere where again nothing was to much trouble. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and will be staying here again.
It's the big thumbs up from the welsh crowd who were made to feel very welcome.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The B&B is a good central location, Rooms are all kept looking smart and well kept, not tired like so many Blackpool B&Bs. But most noticeably, this is the cleanest Blackpool B&B we've ever stayed in. Richie & Lynn are friendly & helpful, Having stayed in a different B&B on every stay in Blackpool, we have finally found one that we can look forward to coming back to.

We recently visited Aysgarth House, having done so many times, and every time it gets better, staff are friendly, rooms are immaculate all with en-suite.. TV in every room, breakfast is large and filling.
Close to the centre, bars, shops and beach.
We love it and go every year, by far the best B+B in in Blackpool!

My stay at Asygrath hotel was extremely worthwhile,me and my family enjoyed every second of it. From the warm and homely welcoming in, to the staff's help, patience and service. We will definitely be visiting most to every time we are in Blackpool for a weekend stay or even a holiday stay! I would strongly recommend this house hotel to anyone, from business, to couples, to families;its most definitely worth it!

We arrived late at the hotel after having cycled 70 miles to get there. The hotel owner greeted us at the door and made sure our cycles were stored securely. The warm welcome we received and level of service was really appreciated. The room was clean, tidy and presentable and the beds were comfy enough for a good nights sleep.
The location of the hotel was close enough to everything we needed but on a nice quiet street.
Breakfast was everything I'd hoped for. Cereals with fruit juice, Toast with butter and marmalade, and a hearty bacon and egg breakfast, all washed down with a pot of tea or coffee.
We had to check out by 10.30am but the hotel owner allowed us to keep our bikes stored away for a couple of hours while we had a walk on the promenade.
All in all, I'm really glad I chose this B&B to stay at and if I return to Blackpool, would stay here again.

As a family we have stayed at Aysgarth House on a number of occasioins - believe me you wont find a cleaner guest house in Blackpool! All the rooms are en-suite which is particularly important for my requirements. The owners are perfect hosts, possessing strong family values and are happy to pass on any advice for you to enjoy your stay. A hearty breakfast is on offer to set you up for the day, and it's just what you need to walk the pier or the shops which are barely a 5 minute walk away. We do all the usual Blackpool stuff .... visit the Tower, Pleasure Beach and promenade knowing Richie and Lynn are ready to welcome you 'home'. We don't go every year but we do try to get this hotel when we do...... their return clientelle is very high - so book way in advance.

Room Tip: If you're a family with young children ask for the family room ..... great size and you can rela...

We have been to the Aysgarth a few times and have enjoyed each stay more and more! The hotel is central to all the attractions and just a short walk from the beach. Each room is very clean with ensuite bathroom, T.V. and tea and coffee making facilities. Lynn and Richie the proprieters are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them, they'll even have a drink in the bar with you! Each morning a full english breakfast certainly sets you up for the day! We would recomend this hotel to anyone, you wouldn't get another one as good or one that's as value for money in Blackpool! We'll definitely be coming back soon!
