Myself and my wife stayed at the Avenue recently and were very impressed with the general standard. April made us most welcome and the hotel was spotless. It was nice to see that there were no noisy male or female parties present which certainly can't be said for a few other places we visited last year.
We had a superior double room which surpassed all our expectations even with the inclusion of an electronic safe. When you consider that we could park our car on the hotel forecourt we will definately be returning to the Avenue.

My wife and I stayed at the avenue for 3 nights at the New Year and we had a great time. The hotel was spotless and the breakfasts were excellent with April always looking after us. My wife is not fond of fry ups but it was no problem as April offered scrambled, poached or boiled eggs on toast in addition to the usual cereals and fruit juices on offer. We had a lovely room and a car parking space at the hotel which was very welcome. We will definately stay at the Avenue again any time we are in Blackpool, so thank you April and Kent and say hello to Jake for us!!

On arrival it was very clear to notice how very clean and tidy this hotel was and this was from the front door through to our room on the top floor. Breakfast was very good and our host April was only to pleased to do something different for our fussy son. The fact that the avenue only took couples and families was an excellent bonus with parking available as well you cant go wrong. The next time we stay in Blackpool the avenue will be the first place we try without doubt.

What a lovely friendly family hotel the room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with the tea/coffee topped up regulary, The breakfast was amazing with so much choice good portions and well presented
One of the many things we liked about this hotel was the fact that the bar closed at 11pm which ment we could get our son off too bed without any noise as this hotel caters for couples and families we didnt want to stay at a place that had gangs of girls or lads coming in drunk.
Our landlady April was so helpful and the staff even took a shine to our son cutting his toast into solders for him!!
A 5 star hotel that we recommend to any family to stay out not your usual low rate B&B but a well ran hotel
we have booked again for later in the year for the lights and cant wait
