Stayed at the Fairway in August this year with a group fom Belfast. this hotel was reccommended to my by a family member. Right from our arrival we were made very welcome the food was excellent and the rooms and facilities were first class. The couple who manage this hotel are a very warm and welcoming couple and nothing was too much trouble to them. I will certainly be back ,as I am a regular visitor to Blackpool and I shall be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

I arrived at this hotel with my husband and child for a short break in July. I have stayed in other hotels in Blackpool before and found them to be well above average. This hotel is a glorified, shabby hostel, with unclean floors, bathroom facilities and had a smell which we found to be unbearable. We could not stay in our room for any length of time.

We stayed for four days and our beds were never changed, bins were not emptied, nor were fresh towels supplied.

The staff at the hotel were unpleastant and not approachable, especially the proprieter/manager whom I found to be extremely rude when faced with issues I had.

The breakfast was cold and revolting. I wouldn't feed my dog it. Definitely do not recommend this hotel. I advise you to go somewhere else.

we really enjoyed our stay yet again! My girlfriend and i have been staying at the hotel for 2 years now. we stop for a weekend in the summer and again for the illuminations. every time we receive a very warm welcome, staff are always very freindly and helpfull and dave and erica are hillarious and really make every stay memorable. the entertainment is second to none, the tounge in cheek elvis impersinator is a refreshing alterative to all the serious impersinators around blackpool, he is hillarious and gets more and more side splitting as the night goes on. The atmosphere is very relaxed and very friendly, we always make new friends everytime we go. The rooms are very clean and tidy, really spacious and are a home from home. the breakfasts are proper english breakfasts, really tasty and just the right amount. i always recommend fairway to my friends and family because i know they will enjoy the experience.

We made our booking before christmas for my daughters hen do only to be told one week before we were due to arrive that the hotelier had cancelled our booking.
He didn't even have the decency to phone me with an explanation or appology, the excuse he used was that he had double booked, which i found very hard to believe as i had been in touch with him on several occassions before.
