Just spent the weekend in Blackpool at Sinatra's and found this hotel to be very clean and friendly. Convenient for the Pleasure Beach and transport to other attractions. Worth staying in this hotel for the breakfast - got to be the best in Blackpool!!!!! Friendly family run hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel maney times in the past, and it was an average b&b. I have now returned to the new owners and WOW what a difference. Service was to the high standard it has always been, but the hotel itself has been improved dramtically and is still being upgraded further. New young fresh blod is what the place needed and the breakfast, the hilton would struggle to beat. Will definately be stayin here for many more years to come. Thanks guys and see you again soon!

Just returned from a cracking weekend at this hotel!
Sarah & Alan have just taken over this hotel and they have really started to make their mark here, the room was lovely and clean, and nice and warm, full tea & coffee making facilities tv in the room ( not needed as the entertainment was brilliant!)
My wife is disabled and there is a stair lift for the less mobile, the room had plenty of space, you could swing two cats in it! She found getting around the room very easy, and Sarah & Alan couldn't do enough to help.
The party room was great, plenty of space, cosy comfortable surroundings and really good bar prices.
The food was absolutely brilliant, if you go, get Alan to make his cottage pie, it's to die for!
All in all a really comfortable stay with fantastic hosts, with service like this, these guys are going to be very, very busy.
Thank you for an enjoyable stay, we WILL be back!

We've stayed here more than 4 times and I wanted to stay again this coming September but sadly there's no rooms available according to the online booking service.
The hotel is literally 2 mins walk from Pleasure beach with a wonderful view of the sea, Pepsi Max Big One and some of the illuminations. Despite it's close proximity though, it is very quiet and you're shielded from the drunks coming out of clubs - it has a cosy lounge, dining room and bar with huge TV. It even sells small presents such as costume jewellery and crystal figuirines for very reasonable prices - not only is it something nice to look at as you're in reception, but I think it's a lovely unique idea.
Evening meals are available upon prior request and are very tasty and generous portions, as are the breakfasts.
My only criticism is that some (but not all!!) of the rooms are very small and the net curtains in one or two rooms appeared a little grubby as did one of the ensuite bathrooms we had, but the lovely couple who run this hotel really do work their guts out 24 hours to make your stay a pleasent one, so these small features can be overlooked.
Last time we were there, they put last minute entertainment on for us when we rolled in from a cabaret and didn't make us feel as though we had to go to our rooms, despite it just being the hotelier on his own working and it being the early hours.
All in all, a perfect service and my favourite hotel out of all the hotels I've stayed in. Definitely recommended - I'm just sad that it was booked up before I could get a booking for next month :(
Very reasonable prices too!

Situated next to Pleasure Beach. Hotel is needing a makeover it is very dark and run down. Room was very small and was more suited to young children and not teenagers. The wallpaper was shabby and torn in several places. The duvet covers are needing replaced. The shower had to run for about 5 mins before the hot water came through.
No entertainment and the bar was closed around 10 pm on one of the evenings. We stayed out of the hotel for as long as possible as we found it depressing. If our stay had been longer we would have checked out and found other accommodation. The staff were friendly and polite. Sorry not for us.
