What an absolute gem. This hotel is beautiful, with lovely rooms, a gorgeous breakfast and billiant facilities. The owner was the most lovely man i think anyone could wish to meet. He couldnt help us enough. The location is perfect for the gay nightlife. Its lovely and clean. Such amazing value for money that i dont think they charge enough. Well done guys, cant wait to stay again.

Room Tip: All the rooms are amazing

We first stayed here in 2005 and have done ever since several times a year - too numerous to remember!

The Wilcot is the most wonderful hotel & due to the owner Terry's influence has improved year upon year and now is absolutely faultless. From entering the hotel it is obvious Terry has a passion for making his guests as comfortable and at ease as possible. His humour is fantastic. You are made soooooooo welcome. The communal areas - entrance/bar/dining room are immaculate and the bedrooms are beautiful - Terry has strived to improve everything since he took over the Wilcot and it shows in all areas.

The breakfasts are fantastic and just seem to get better! Bar prices amazing - bottle of wine under £7!

Our last stay was in December when we stayed the night prior to flying on holiday from Blackpool airport the following morning. Terry very kindly let us park outside the hotel whilst we were away & got up early to make our breakfast the following morning & even drove us to the airport and was there to meet us on landing on our return!

Terryy and his partner Scott have become good friends just through staying at the Wilcot and a night out with them is hilarious!

Thanks again both of you - see you real soon.

Choose the Wilcot for your stay in Blackpool - you'll be glad you did!

Ali & Peter xxx

My partner and I wanted a short trip to Blackpool, we invited my mum to come too....

We looked hard (online) to find a good hotel, most looked drap and sleazy, but when we found the Wilcot we thought we were onto something, I checked other peoples comments on here and was satisfied that we had made the right choice.

We had to arrive late (1930) and Terry (the owner) had no problem with that, when we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm house (it was only 5 degrees outside).

Our rooms were clean, cosy and comfortable, the hotel is situated in a quiet street.

Breakfast was amazing (see the photos), it was filling and not swimming in oil!

Stayed here in te past and had to return. Service is fantastic.

Rooms are clean and modern and the customer service is fab. When we arrived my phone was flat and they let me borrow their charger over night. I have stayed in a few B&B's on Lord St and this is the best. Will stay here again!
