What a find this hotel is, it is modern and totally family focused. unlike most of the hotels in Blackpool this hotel offers a super family friendly time with no stag or hen parties to spoil it. There was live entertainment every night in the swish basement lounge under the hotel with computers for the kids and relaxing leather sofas for everyone.Breakfast time was buffet style with every thing you could want and more, with no holding back on quality.After staying here one thing is for sure i would never stay at another hotel in Blackpool. I would tell anyone to take a look at the hotels web site and book yourself a fantastic holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We decided on a New Year break and started looking, we left it late and got a few prices. We stumbled across the Dutchman.
It had availlability so we booked.
On arrival we were greeted in a very friendly way and went up to the room. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness, it was spotless and the furnishings were of excellent quality.
We booked for the three nights and as we have a lot of experience of hotels in Blackpool werent expecting alot.
But we were so pleasantly surprised by what we found. ( A lot of hotels are catch pennies, but this one was only concerned for the customer. ). There was food everywhere you looked, they kept us very well fed and it was all silver service, this hotel was based on quality.
The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to make the stay relaxing and fun filled.
They have there own bar down stairs for late night revelry and for the kids they have an X Box with all the latest games. It is furnished highly with leather settees and again very high quality, and gaming chairs to boot.
I had a few car problems and the owner of the hotel couldnt do enough to help, and he got me running and we set off home.
This hotel is not just good but excellent and in the current financial crisis this is a breath of fresh air.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Blackpool, whether you are on your own or with your family, they cater for all needs.
