“Possibly the best little Italian in Blackpool centre”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2009

The service is generally excellent here, the owner is a super host, the atmosphere is great, decent but not huge wine selection but Fridays/Saturdays can get a little out of control. Mid week is perfection.
Been going here for a few years, couple of negatives, I'm veggie & was twice served ham in my food & made a reservation in April 09 arrived on time & table given to 'walk in' customers who arrived less than 10 seconds ahead of us

“Save it for Thursdays, not up to much otherwise.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2009

Average Italian eatery, with just so food. But on Thursdays the place swings. There's a Mad Magyar on a keyboard who takes your mind off the mediocre food, and the over attentive waiters. From 'Happy Wanderer, past Funiculi Funicula through Country and Western to Pop and on to Opera. Magical even if he is mad. But watch the bill. After a few straw flagons of Chianti the waiters have difficulty adding up!! But a great night out all the same.

“Fantastic little restuarant, highly recommended.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2009

We visited this restuarant over the easter weekend after seeing other reviews on trip advisor, We found on entering the restuarant that the staff were extremley attentive and friendly. The owner was great and allowed us to order from the early bird menu even though the early bird deal had finished. We both had starters and mains and a 1.1 litre bottle of house red for £28.40.

The food was delicious, my partner started with garlic bread with cheese and had a calzone for his main meal. I had the garlic mushrooms (try them they were beautiful) and a vegetarian pizza as my main. We could not find anything to complain about, the restuarant was lovely, the staff were fabulous, and the food was amazing.

“Italy on the Sea with smiles...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2009

Really good Charming Italian Family style restaurant. Basic but good menu with fresh Daily Specials (especially fish) on the Blackboard.

Great friendly informal service.

Lots of Red Green & White decor.

Wine list not extensive but generous glasses of house wine which is very drinkable (Red & White).
