I visited the Rosebank Villa on 15/06/13 with my wife, daughter and granddaughter , on arrival we knew that we had made the correct choice of hotel by the way we were welcomed . Michael sorted somewhere for me to park and then we were given the keys to the family suite which suited us perfectly, it was nice and clean and comfortable , after spending the day out we returned and went into a very nice bar area with good beer at excellent prices . Breakfast the next day was as good as you will get at any hotel in the country , a real credit to all the hard work that Michael and Helen have put in .Thank you.

It started ok the room was basic however what was a jukebox mentioned on the website wasnt a proper jukebox and as mentioned on the website the room wasnt serviced daily one day the bed had not been changed. The towel rack in the bathroom had not been cleaned for a very long time alot of dust had gathered there. There was grime in the bath. Hot water took a while to get hot. A damage had occured by accident was told at first no payment needed then told different by other manager was even asked to leave at one stage, in the end it was agreed that £50 would be paid for accidental damage. The postive was a good breakfast ( which wasn't had last morning felt unwelcomed by that point) and central location However I wouldn't stay there again or advice as a place of stay due to the flaws in room/service and miss communication of damage payments for what was a accident (thought that's what insurance was for).

My wife and I stayed at the Rosebank Villa with my son and his girlfriend for a three night New Year break. We were welcomed on a rainy Sunday afternoon, by Helen who booked us into our rooms. Both rooms we were allocated, were first class, spacious and spotlessly clean. By far the best rooms we have ever had on countless summer holidays and weekends in Blackpool. Mike introduced himself later in the day and they both made us feel very welcome.
The hotel is ideally located 5 minutes from the town centre, beach, amusements, pubs and 10 minutes from the North Pier.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of choice should you not opt for the traditional full English.
Not the typical Blackpool we have experienced in the past, a little quiet but Mike put us onto a great pub to see in the New Year.
Will be definately be returning to Blackpool and The Rosebank Villa again in the very near future. Big thanks to Mike and Helen.

Room Tip: Excellent clean hotel in a great location

Stayed Friday 26th to Monday 29th October, my daughter was attending an IDTA Dancing competition at the Winter Gardens.

We were greeted by Helen, who was a fantastic hostess nothing too much trouble. Breakfast small or large excellent all in all a good value hotel and service with a smile. Good humour.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
