Just spent 3 great days here, staff were very helpful & always greeted you with a smile. Both rooms we booked were lovely, good size & cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.. Only had breakfast but there was plenty of choice, it was delicious & the service was very quick. Bar area was comfortable & good meeting place for all the residents, also a well stocked bar.
Would highly recommend this hotel & we have already booked for the illuminations.

Myself and two friends arrived at this hotel at 1 in the morning. The lady on the reception was so lovely and helpful. After a long journey from plymouth we was made to feel so relaxed and comfy. Breakfast was lovely. Room was good except the shower was not powerful enough. All in all a wonderful evening here. Look forward to returning soon.

On arrival we realised it was a great location near to the centre and looked great from the outside. On site parking which is great. The receptionist seemed hassled however was friendly. My son and myself had twin room number 45. The room was horrible and poorly laid out. The whole room smelled strongly of smoke. Even the bedding stunk of it. The carpet was well worn with burn marks and god knows what else. The wardrobe was missing a handle. The TV was situated too high on the wall so was uncomfortable to watch. The freeze dried coffee in the room was cheap and disgusting. The two cups available were from the 1970's. No towels or toilet paper in the room. My son used the shower and we immediately got knocks on the door being told that it was leaking. Obviously not sealed properly. We couldnt use it again etc .. The walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the next room even when they talking quietly. No anti slamming stoppers on the doors. People where coming and going at all hours slamming doors so with that and the paper thin walls sleep is practically impossible. This is a perfect example of a guest house (its not a real hotel) that doesnt believe in quality and has as many rooms as possible to make as much money as possible without caring about the the quality of the stay or the outcome for the customer. Cant comment on other rooms obviously however quality is an issue.

Room Tip: go somewhere else .. avoid at all cost

Booked this for a stag do this weekend. You get what you pay for and this was good value for money overall, in a covenient location for all the nightlife and friendly enough service.

However, rooms generally a disappointment. One of our four had a broken tv and the bathrooms were all a bit rough round the edges.

i stayed at the beechfield with my two friends for 1 night on 5.6.14. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted warmly by John the manager and Julie his lovely wife. The couple were so friendly we felt at ease and relaxed immediately.
Our room was very clean and tidy, with pristine white sheets. There was plenty of space for three messy women to get glammed up in.
The hotel does not close at night, there is always someone on reception.
The breakfast in the morning was delicious. you had the choice of cereal or a full English.....we chose the full English!! The food was served quickly and efficiently and was piping hot. you also had the option of fruit juice, tea and coffee.
I would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone. John and Julie are a lovely warm couple who were not to busy to have a little natter. We warmed to them straight away.
We enjoyed it that much we have already arranged another visit in august.

Arrived at Blackpool without booking anywhere to stay in advance, Though we had searched a few on trip advisor, we came across the beechfield and we were so happy we did, Julie on reception made us feel more than welcome as did the guy who checked us in ( Keith I think his name was ) The room we had was ample for what we needed and the location was perfect for everything blackpool has to offer, will definitely be returning.
