Stayed at the Lincoln so that we could see the Christmas lights switch on. We did manage to park on the street, however, we arrived at 8.00am on the Friday morning, if we had been later, we would have struggled, as ,1/2 hour later the street was virtually full and we were actually told that it would be by the owner. I did park in the private parking when we arrived, but was dissuaded because we were told we wlould have to vacate that spot by 9.30am next day........ So, there is'nt PLENTY of parking ALL the time.......it depends on time and quite obviously length of stay. Having commented on the parking, the rest is ok, rooms are clean and fairly warm, the views are beautiful, and you can come and go as you please. I wasn't too enamoured at the fact that the bathroom was down a flight of stairs outside the bedroom, but, it was nice and clean and warm. We felt that breakfast was a little rushed, my cooked course was presented to me before I had time to finish my cereal, which sort of shouted to me to hurry up, I didn't say anything at the time, because I am not the type of person to cause embarrassment, but maybe this should be taken into consideration for those who like to take a LITTLE longer.
Arrive early to get a parking space.
