Visited on a Saturday night and the restaurant was quite busy at a time when Keswick in general was fairly quiet, no doubt due to people saving their money with Christmas fast approaching. My wife had the Camembert Rounds, deep fried & served with cranberry sauce as a starter and I had Buffalo Mozzarella & Tomato Salad. Both met with our full satisfaction.
For mains, we had the Lasagne Casa Bella, with toasted Ciabatta and Spaghetti Sorento with chicken. Both were very healthy portions and tasted delicious. A nice touch was that as well as the usual bottled Peroni and the like, the restaurant stocked bottles of real ale from the local Keswick Brewery. Service was very friendly and efficient without being intrusive.
The restaurant is also a Gelateria and we finished off with a bowl of vanilla and chocolate ice cream which was an excellent way to end the meal. We will definitely visit again when we are next in Keswick.
