A lovely museum with lots for children (and adults) of all ages. We can spend about an hour or so here with our three year old and he loves to go on the tram and look at the trains .A particular favorite of his is the area with the old games. For older children and adults I would set aside a couple of hours as there are areas with plenty of information to read. One point to note, the first time we went there was a room with a couple of vending machines in serving hot/cold drinks and snacks. The last couple of times (including today) this has been closed. There is a cafe across the road but its not open on a Sunday which only leaves the pubs to get refreshments. I think if this could be re opened it would be a great addition to the whole museum quarter.
