I took my family to the cinema at the Granville theatre today. I have a disabled daughter who needs propping up to see over people and a five year old daughter. I have been before and know they provide a booster seat so went to get these for my girls. After 10 minutes a worker from the cinema approached us in the cinema didn't ask any questions just started shouting at us for using them in the wrong cinema as they have two and do not provide these for cinema one if we can't see we should sit at the front then walked away with out listening to us I found this rude and really think as you are running a family establishment one you should listen to them two dont shout at customers as this is poor customer service and are paying you to deliver a service three send your staff on training to learn how to speak to your customers with respect. I will not be returning as I am quite willing to pay more and go somewhere where they respect there customers and I know I will enjoy my time with my family
