The B&B is nice but the service is absolutely terrible,....

When we booked it they decided to put us in a another room without telling us in advance...
And instead of them apologising and treating us in a professional way thet said they do not care if we are going to come back as customers or not...
So no we are not going back...It is not only about the rooms it is about professionalism and apparently this is not their strong point...

Excellent location, superb breakfast, wonderful room (7) with large bathroom . This B&B is very clean, tidy and well presented. Our room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. No corners cut, the hospitality tray in the room was well stocked with premium brand products. Good quality linen and towels and proper sized bath. The owners and staff could not do enough for us, in particular with securing parking for the motorbike. After touring the continent it was good to get back to UK hospitality and likewise would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to all visitors. This is the second time we've stayed at this B&B and "the bikers" will definately be back!

Lovely and very clean B and B with the all important Location, Location, Location - just as you reach the City Walls and only minutes away from the many attractions and great choice of eating places. Great to have secure off road parking so near to the centre. Have to disagree with previous comments re. owners we found that they were friendly and worked very hard to keep place clean and tidy when they had a full house. Also had very good breakfasts and all in all thought that it offered good value particularly considering where it was located.

We spent two nights in this wonderful hotel this week. We had a family room for four and must have had the best room in the house! It was huge and absolutely beautiful; high ceilings, period features and an enormous bathroom. The whole hotel is an absolute gem, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Service is friendly and personal without being obtrusive. Breakfast was spot on and served in a light and airy dining room. The location is fantastic, it is easy to find and it takes about four minutes to walk right into the centre of the city. We will most certainly return.
