We too stumbled upon the Fox Inn by chance ..we were on our way back from Bordon after collecting an ebay purchase and on our way back home to Oxfordshire when we decided to stop somewhere for a Sunday Lunch.
What a treat, the bar area was warm and welcoming with two real fires blazing, we were welcomed immediately by the owner, a delightful Italian lady called Emma and we ordered our dinners.
Not only were the dinners real generous portion sizes but they were absolutely delicious. We had roast beef (we were asked how we liked our meat cooked) and it was served with roast potatoes, sweet parsnips, peas, carrots, red cabbage to die for, cauliflower cheese, yorkshire pudding, mashed swede, condiments and gravy.
Our only complaint is IT'S TOO FAR AWAY from where we live to go there often!!
