Visited this patisserie on a Saturday morning before the lunch rush. There was us and 2 other tables of people but we were the only ones waiting to be served. We waited a while and no one came to take our order, then a couple with a small child left and 2 waitresses appeared to clear their small table of plates. As some other people came in at the same time my husband asked if one of the waitresses could take our order (I think he could envisage the new group being served first). This caused a teenage strop, which may or may not be the reason for our experience..... Firstly my coffee came on its own, followed by my husband's coffee a few moments later. My coffee was just warm and had to be drunk immediately. Then after a sensible period of time my food arrived, but with an "oh sorry did you want two?" comment. My husband's food therefore, arrived some 10 mins later. The food was good but we felt we had a somewhat staggered meal with neither of us eating or drinking at the same time. During our visit we also witnessed a cappuccino being delivered and quite rudely removed from a customer because according to (a different) waitress it was 'not right'.
Finally, ditto the previous review regarding uncomfortable chairs.
