Booked this hotel because we're we impressed with their website and the pictures. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, first impressions of the hotel, beautiful decor, lovely furnishings and luxurious. Our family room was very large, have 2 boys aged 10 & 15, so needed the space. Had a bath in the bedroom, and also a shower in the en-suite, so no one was queuing to bath. Fresh tea and coffee on hand. Lovely comfortable beds and lovely touches throughout. We had to be up early before their breakfast time, but they offered to cook us our breakfast early, their attitude was you have paid for your breakfast, so you should have it when it suitable for us. They also have a bar which was lovely for pre-dinner drinks, although we didn't eat in their restaurant, they helped us find some good restaurants within walking distance by using the reviews on this very website! Overall a first class experience and would recommend this for social or business use, especially the single travellers as all the staff made a fuss of everybody. Thank you for a lovely stay, it was a great start to our holiday, even the children wanted me to give them 5 stars, which coming from a 15 year old teenager, should speak volumes!
