A group of about 10 of us visited for a work-day lunch. Most ordered filled breads (sandwiches), which were of good quality and the portion sizes were good. To get a portion of chips with your sandwich is an additional 99p (a side order of chips is £1.79), but I received about 10 chips on the side of my plate. This means that I was charged about 10p per chip - and they weren't that large either. I did not see a normal side order of chips, so have nothing to compare. As we were pushed for time and the sandwich was quite large, I did not complain, but now wish I had as they may be unaware of the perception that this leaves. One of my colleagues ordered a side of garlic bread, which was s full price side, and she got about 5 generous baguette slices for only 80p more than my measly collection of chips.
