“Lovely cream tea”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

Amidst quite a few tea rooms we were very happy to find Lucy's Tearoom which looked the most inviting, so we grabbed the last available table. We were glad we did as we had friendly service, lovely scones, and they even had decaff tea!

“GREAT!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

Popped in at 8am on a sunday moring to grab a coffee. The place was full of the smell of home baking which made me hungry! Coffee was reasonable - £1.60. Very tasty!

“So cute!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2013

As i parked in the main street this attractive tea room caught my eye. It was warm and welcoming on the snowy day i visited. We sat in the bay window overlooking the square which was a lovely view. Inside it is very quaint. I just wish we visited later in the day so that we could have spent lunchtime here rather than just a morning coffee as it looked great.

“Lovely warm welcome”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

We visited on a very cold snowy day - but the cafe was toasty warm.
It was getting late in the day but there was still a great choice of cakes - all of which were delicious!
The staff were lovely and allowed us to fully thaw out before we headed back out into the cold.
