We stopped here on our way from Cirencester to our cottage in Chipping Norton, and it was the most unexpected pleasure to find this beautifully landscaped trout farm in the midst of a gorgeously-situated Cotswold village. Not only were the owners and employees friendly and informative, but the ice cream was delicious! You could buy a cup of food for the fish for only 50p, and it was delightful to watch the fish and the ducks scramble for it. In fact, the ducks would literally eat the food right out of your hand! We are definitely returning for a repeat performance this September.

This is a fantasticv day out. I have to admit... the thought of going to feed a load of trout was not my idea of having fun, but I was pleasantly surprised! Not only can you feed the fish but you can also catch the fish... I caught a trout and it was one of those things to do before your 30!

The icecream is the best in the world too!
