We were in Brighton for a weekend and found this gem tucked away .
Having travelled throughout south east Asia and my partner and friends also from Asia we were wowed by the standard of food attention to detail and knowledgable staff.
You walk in to a calm elegant dining room of peace and calm .
The furniture is stylish and classy. Water feature and Buddha' s are accented by high end glassware, napkins and cutlery. A varied fresh and authentic menu of Gujarati , Thai, Malaysian and Korean dishes are supported by high quality sushi and sashimi with the latter having their own chef.
Good quality wines and draft Kirin beer!
The toilets are modern features of Japanese zen and remind me of the mandarin oriental hotel chain but with a freshness of modern flair.
Exceptional food incredible atmosphere , 3 courses for 4 with drinks worked out at £25 each all in.
By far the best food in Brighton.
My only regret that everyone else will find this and I will not be able to get in.
Please don't tell anyone else about this.
