My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend. i have stayed in Brighton many times because my brother lives there and he recommended staying in the Kemp town area.
Fantastic little B&B, very reasonably priced. Our room was lovely with a very gorgeous comfy bed, lovely decor and a small but spotless bathroom.
Its worth going down for the breakfast, which neither of us normally eat, but we could smell it cooking. It was lovely, good quality ingredients, however the breakfast room is a little like sitting in someones front room, but I guess that's the charm of a B&B.
Great location, just a 10 - 15 minute walk from the main city centre but there is also plenty to do in Kemp town, great restaurants and nightlife.
Would recommend Pavel indian on St James, they were very friendly and the food was lovely. The Thai opposite were rude and ignored us for so long and then served everyone around us so we ended up walking out, however we did end up in Pavel so the night ended on a high.
