This coffee shop is on the road running up to Brighton station, I came here after experiencing their branch in central London. The Brighton branch was better! It is small but there are a few cosy seating areas and a pleasant courtyard area at the rear. The staff seemed laid back and knew their stuff about coffee. The barista was hand crafting each cup to perfection so consequently you may have to wait a few minutes to get your drink. The latte was priced quite a bit higher than in a high street chain (£2.90) but worth every penny. It was perfectly velvety and the sweet milk tasted just right next to the house espresso. if you like decent coffee you have to try it.
My only negative point was to do with the food, I didn't buy anything as all of the pastries/cakes/sandwiches (which looked nice) were in uncovered cases/counters and there were a couple of bluebottles hanging out overhead -yuck!
