“Good Value, but not as nice as I expected.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2014

Went for lunch here. Onion bhagi's and samosas were very nice, but chicken wrap, although huge, was disappointing, due to the fact that it didn't have chicken. The meat was like a minced sausage of some sort and didn't taste so good. Cheap and cheerful but not rushing back.

“Amazing food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2014

A lovely family run place with great food, packed with flavour and at cheap prices :) They also run a stall all day at Sussex University on a Tuesday which is well worth a visit for takeaway food..

“Authentic fresh food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2014

Enjoyed the vegetarian snacks immensely -- Bengali/ Bangladeshi versions of puri, kachori, samosa, even the north Indian gujia. Fabulous chai. Delighted to discover this place. Excellent value for money. Next time will sample the dishes. There's only so much you can eat! Friendly people who take pride in who they are -- not pretending to be anybody else.

“A delicious secret in Brighton”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2014

I have just eaten a delicious, fresh fish curry made by the delightful Shamima, what a find this place is. There are pani puri's, chaat and lovely mango lassi's and much more. Very reasonably priced and freshly made. Really sweet place and I cannot recommend it enough. I shall return. Thank you Shamima and family.
