“Good value, great location!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

Great price and very comfortable, had a few minor problems that were dealt with very quickly and compensated with a free breakfast. Overall great price for a nights stay in the centre of Brighton, would recommend and would definitely stay again. Although you do have to park at an NCP car park which cost £26 with discount!

Just a 10 minute walk from Brighton Railway station and a few minutes walk from the seafront this hotel is ideally located for Brighton.
There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby to choose from.

The hotel is built within a fairly boring 60s building which can be very deceiving as the internal aspect of the hotel is typical of a Premier inn, clean and well presented with nice decor.
Bit pricey as far as the usual tariff for Premier inn, £103.00 for one night excluding breakfast.

Reception and restaurant are situated on the first floor accessed by a lift or stairs from street level.
Good service at Reception and staff throughout we're friendly and polite.
I ate in the Restaurant which was good as far as the food was concerned but despite being fairly quiet the service was very slow and overall took an hour and 25 minutes to complete a 2 course meal.
Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Brighton.

Stayed for a week-end, its in a great location very central for everything. Parking is just behind in an NPC car park you get a discount through the hotel but its still dear. Room was fine, usual Premier inn, but starting to find that they are getting bit pricey. But that seems to be the way allround.

we stayed 3 nights and as usual all staff were really great. As it is now " high season" room was expensive costing £396 plus £49.50 for breakfast for two for 3 nights,at these prices room service should be of a reasonable standard. My wife dropped her towel in a wet bath and as instructed left it to be changed, on return to the room late afternoon it was still in the bath and trash bin was not emptied, saw reception this was then rectified , we didn't get bin emptied the rest of our stay, and as far as we could see all that was done was toilet rolls were changed, hence the 4 rating for this time instead of the usual 5.

Room Tip: internal rooms away from main street are quieter

Partner and I stayed overnight after a heavy day in Brighton and the Premier Inn was coveniently located right in the city centre and came at a good price.
Room was clean and staff were friendly so no complaints especially as North Laine area and restaurants were all within a couple of minutes walk. OK, lacking in atmoshere but that's what you'd expect from a budget chain. We went out for breakfast and would stay again. Book in advance for the best rates.

The staff were very nice but the cost of the room for 1 night was very exspensive. 1double room and 1 twin room was £ 294.00 for 1 night and breakfast was another £ 8.00 each and then the car park was £ 18.50!!
