“Wonderful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2014

I loved my wine tasting at 10 Green Bottles. We had Laura taking us through the tasting and she was AMAZING!!!! So wonderful to taste so many tasty wines and spend about 3 hours being taken for a trip around the world of wine for her. At £15 it was such great value and a wonderful way to spend a girly night with friends...did I mention it was wonderful?! ;)

“Almost”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2014

Really wanted to love this place and there was a lot to admire and like...staff, wines, vibe, music, but it is not yet absolutely a five blob experience. Little things but they add up.

The layout of the wines is random.....there seems to be a white shelf set and a country shelf set but they are mixed up with whites and reds in both locations (occasionally the same wine). They have some really interesting wines but unless you can get to the people who run it ...and they can get busy....you tend to play safe; not all wines have prices and unless you really know your stuff you may not know how much an Austrian red is. Ports and Sherries are labelled but not much of a choice...if any. Saw one or two bottles that looked interesting but they were empty.

Seats and stools are not the most comfortable unless you get the window ones.

Feel a bit guilty about not giving it full marks because I think the concept and nearly all the delivery is very good..........and when I go again in a couple of months, which I definitely will do...I reckon it will be 5 out of 5.

“Wonderful Wine Tasting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2014

I took my boyfriend here for a birthday treat; we enjoyed a wine-tasting afternoon with fizz on arrival and nibbles throughout. Our host spent quality time talking to us about wine but also left us to chat and enjoy some time together. This is a unique little place with lots of wonderful wines to choose from and is definitely value for money if you're looking for an afternoon of relaxed fun.

“Excellent Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2013 via mobile

We popped in for a glass of wine late afternoon. Loved the relaxed ambience and modern feel. Good quality wine. I had a couple of glasses of Riesling, which was dry and not flowery like German wine can often be. We were tempted to a few of the nibbles and opted for bread and oil, olives and almonds, which were lovely. The cheese and charcuterie looked delicious and will be trying them another time.

“Perfect for an early evening apero”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2013

Met up with some friends for an early Xmas glass of wine or two and ended up parked in the corner enjoying a few bottles of interesting red wine. If you like to sample different wines from what you would normally order then this is the place to go as they have a wide and varied range of individually sourced wines and very knowledgeable staff. The concept seems to be that of an interesting bottle shop where you can also sit and drink and eat various tasting platters. They charge 5 pounds a bottle corkage which enables you drink good wine at a fraction of the cost of what would be charged in restaurants. My only suggestion would be to offer slightly more interesting (and filling) food options....
