Small terraced house near Brighton town centre. Good location. Parking is on the side streets and may mean some costs but time it right and you won't have a problem.
Rooms were more than adequate for a one night stay. Beautifully decorated, very tasteful and clean.
Little touches to note - bluetooth speakers for iPhones etc, well equipped bathroom.
Breakfast is unusual in that it is served in the room and you select from a range of options the night before. But the quality is fantastic. Hot fresh baked croissants, fresh fruit salad with yoghurt and seeds, porridge (but nothing cooked for the full English enthusiasts).
Certainly I'd stay here again.
