15 of us stayed at the New Steine for my hen weekend and we all absolutely loved the hotel and all of the staff and I am certain that every single one of us will be returning and will recommending you to all of our friends.

The welcome, the breakfast, the rooms and the service were all exceptional and really helped the weekend to be one of the best of my life.

The hotel itself was very easy to find and only a few hundred yards from the main peer itself and quite close to the Lanes so location was perfect. On arrival we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality and that feeling was given right through till the end of our stay.
All staff were courteous, polite and very helpful, as despite waking up a little late on not getting to breakfast on time they still thought nothing of preparing a full cooked breakfast for us and on top of that on checking out at midday we were also told that we were more than welcome to leave our luggage with them while went about our day for as long as we needed.
Overall our experience there was first rate and we will definately be staying there again. recommended.

Stayed here whilst attending a conference. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, had a sea view and was tastefully decorated. Some great art scattered around the place too. Good location, do make sure you take advantage of the hotel's parking permits, only £5 per 24 hrs. Food all fresh and locally sourced. For a similar price to a travel lodge, there is no contest - I would stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel, made to feel really at home. Really felt like a person not just a room number, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would recommend it to all and would stay there again without a doubt.
