Great location and very friendly staff but the noise from the paper think windows made for a really bad nights sleep - with a 6 year old in tow it wasn't great at all!
Even pre requested a quieter room away from the front but we got Ship Street location and the noise from Hotel Du Vin bouncers started then went on and on with more and more party goers using the street as a cut through. Fish & Chip shop on the corner open until 4am so just got worse. Room comfortable though dated, windows rotten and bathroom not too clean - breakfast great and bar seems quite nice too. Shame the lack of double glazing lets them down so much.
