We ate here on a wintry saturday night in February and were instantly warmed by the gorgeous open fire in the lounge. Nick and Ian were just great, but some of the younger waiting staff did seem a little lost.
We enjoyed our meal very much, the meat was excellent in quality and everything was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. The wine list is very good and reasonably priced too. One thing we found odd was the lighting, atmospheric and romantic maybe, but the fact the menus came with little lamps attached says it all!
