“The best B&B we have ever stayed in!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2011

Fiftyeight is definitely the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The room is stunning, everything just perfect. We received a very warm welcome including hot drinks. In the morning we had a very nice continential breakfast served in our room. Perfect!

We spent a lovely long weekend at Fiftyeight. We were really impressed with the relaxed feel, luxurious decoration and comfortable room. Breakfast was great, and the owners friendly and welcoming. We would like to return, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Thank you guys for such a lovely stay! We'd never stayed in a B&B before but this one was in the perfect location, just a short walk to the center of Swanage and the beach, and easy to explore all the local attractions and beautiful beaches. Room was very homely, clean and comfortable - we stayed in Room 2 which was much bigger than expected and had a lovely en-suite with bath. Breakfasts were fab - highly recommend the fruit pancakes - everything was very fresh and well presented. Also was a plus to have the shared kitchen area with little fridge and microwave. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Thanks for making it such a lovely break!

After trawling through many unattractive looking & dated B&B's on the South Dorset coast we finally stumbled upon Fiftyeight B&B in Swanage. Being a young-ish couple and having a 9 month old baby we were impressed that the owners Steve & Louise weren't running for the hills when we enquired about staying. On the contrary, they told us that the breakfast room doubled as a guest kitchen where we could prepare and heat our baby's meals. Music to our ears! We were not disappointed with our accommodation. The room was stylish and contemporary with a fantastic ensuite and a view of the bay. There was lots of choice for breakfast, which we enjoyed immensely. We would highly recommend this B&B to like minded couples especially those with babies!

Just returned from a two-night stay at 58. This is a genuinely good B&B - high quality, stylishly decorated rooms; a friendly welcome; perfectly cooked breakfasts both mornings; an excellent shower; and a view too...It met all of our expectations and it's an asset to Swanage.
